The North West Air Ambulance Charity is a lifesaving service. Thanks to your donations alone, we attend over 2,500 missions a year – bringing the hospital to the patient.

Our vision is to bring the hospital to the patient, wherever they are.
Each year we must raise over £9.5million. We receive no government or NHS funding. It’s only thanks to the generosity of people like you that we can continue flying to save lives.

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do
Every day, our crew sees the lifesaving difference your incredible generosity has on the lives of people across the North West. Our Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) team is highly skilled. The medical interventions they provide at scene are of the same standard that a patient would receive in hospital, giving our patients the best chance of survival.
